As simple as it sounds! We sell great stuff on deep discounts.

from T-shirts to television find one breathtaking deal every 24 hours.
Since a lot of people from our mGinger community buy the products,
we get the advantage of acquiring them at a great price and
we pass on that advantage to you. And guess what? Its home delivered for free.
The price tags on each product are so cool; we've not even installed ACs in our office.

I am in a mood to shop. What products can you offer?

fashion accessories, perfum...huh! That isn't easy. There's a lot more but you get the idea, right?
Deal-a-Day has almost all the products you are looking for. In a nutshell, we offer anything and everything

Rest are undergoing a quality test! We sell only one product per day. Period.

What's the life span of these Deals?
Relax! It will be mentioned on the Deal Page for every product. But it's typically 24 hours.
The moment Earth completes a rotation around its axis, our deal of the day shuts.
So you have 24 hours to make your purchase. And that's a lot of time unless you have a
nagging wife/hubby, an over enthusiastic boss or Alzheimer's disease. The deal typically changes every 24 hours
(but if you are lucky, some can also run across 1 to 2 days).
Just in case all the pieces are sold out, you will see a 'Sold Out' symbol. It means "Better Early than Never"

Pray. That's all we can say! Once a deal is gone, even we are not sure when can we get it back.

I want to make a purchase on Deal-a-Day? How do I do it?
Now you are talking! Read carefully. Click on the 'Buy now' icon on Deal Page that will take you to the Order page.
Punch in the quantity with your appropriate details and click on the 'Order Now' button. You will then be taken to a
page where you have to select your mode of payment. Once the payment is done, the product will reach you in 5-7 working days.
Till then, you can think of what could you do with the money you have saved in this deal.

Credit Cards Accepted. Daddy didn't give you his credit card? No worries! Cash on Delivery Accepted too (especially for you).

Man, this product is defective. Now what?
Relax! Take a deep breath. Count till 10. Feeling better? Now call or write to us about the defective product
you received at support@mGinger.com. We'll send our secret Santa, who'll come and pick the defective product
and replace it with a brand new one. Happy?
Damaged or Defective Product
- If the product you received is damaged or defective, please call the customer care within 3 working days for a refund/replacement.
- Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund or replacement.
- If we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money.
Returning the product
To initiate the return of a product, please call our customer support at 080-6719 1919 or send an email at support@mginger.com with your Order ID.
Please keep the product packaged and we will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier.
We will process the return/replacement subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible.

How safe is it to give you my personal info and card details?
We play safe! Buying at mGinger.com is 100% safe. We use reputed payment gateways which are highly secure.
Your online purchases have two macho bodyguards namely: Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
These are password-protected services that keep each of your online transaction absolutely safe. Even James Bond has given up on them!

How are you planning to send me the money for returned or cancelled products?
Tom Cruise will return it to the women and Pamela to the men. Kidding! That's just a fantasy typed by mistake. Here's the reality:
Refund
- If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.
- If the payment was by Cash On Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:
Your name (as on your bank account), Order ID
- The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but
in case of payments by Cash On Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be
credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

send you this product.

The price you see is the price you pay (Except for Cash on Delivery that might have some additional charges which would be clearly mentioned on the Order Page)

Hey, the COD (Cash On Delivery) option is not available to me anymore. What happened suddenly?
Now that is not a singing toy where you can keep pressing the button every now and then. Once you click on the COD option, one of us will call you to verify your details.
When that's done, your order will be shipped across. In case you refuse to accept the shipment and return the product without paying, you become the superstar of our COD blacklist.
Once you are there, the COD option no longer exists for you.
