Product Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, call our customer care at 080-4165 0489 or send an email at support@mginger.com with your Order ID.

- If the order is not yet shipped, we will cancel its shipment and refund the entire amount.

- If the order is shipped but not delivered yet, we will cancel its shipment and refund the entire amount.

- If you have received the product, have not opened it and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
Within 10 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
Damaged/Tampered Delivery

- If the packaging is damaged or is tampered with before delivery or if you think the product is in a bad condition on delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
Call our customer care at 080-4165 0489 or send an email at support@mginger.com with your Order ID. We will ensure that the product is replaced and delivered to you at
the earliest.
Damaged or Defective Product

- If the product you received is damaged or defective, please call the customer care within 3 working days for a refund/replacement.

- Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund or replacement.

- If we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money.
Returning the product

To initiate the return of a product, please call our customer support at 080-4165 0489 or send an email at support@mginger.com with your Order ID.
Please keep the product packaged and we will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier. We will process
the return/replacement subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging,
failing which return/replacement may not be possible.
Refund

- If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively.

- If the payment was by Cash On Delivery, we will refund your money via a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:
Your name (as on your bank account), Order ID

- The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of
payments by Cash On Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account,
once you deposit the cheque. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account
as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
